i liked my stay. the rooms were large, and the resort managed most logistics. this made travel easier. parking was consistently accessible and the team were helpful (they always smiled!). i did not need the free airport shuttle because i rented a car. the lobby offered complimentary ice water for refilling water bottles.

the pool temperature was cold. it was quite odd to see people enter the pool and then quickly leave. the staff mentioned it was not heated.

i booked two nights in a superior room with two queen beds. the room, number 229, faced east and had two comfortable queen beds. i found reusable water bottles provided, a nice touch.

the room was a long distance from the main lobby and i had heavy cases. i couldn't find a porter to assist with the luggage. guests over 65 should receive priority for rooms nearer the main lobby.

the resort is shaped like an l. it is well maintained with plenty of well-kept shrubs. there are various car parks available depending on the room's location. shuttle bus service runs between the airport and hotels in the area free of charge.
